Do you bill for AI or LLM usage?
Never. You link your own Claude Code, Codex, Gemini, or Grok subscriptions and API keys, and your AI usage is billed by those providers directly. TaskHound never resells, meters, or marks up LLM usage - there are no usage balances or top-ups of any kind.
How does billing work?
One Stripe subscription per team: seats ($19.95/user/mo) as the quantity, plus your Container tier and any extra agent slots as line items. Adding or removing seats prorates automatically. Manage everything - including cancellation - from the Stripe billing portal; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
What does a seat include?
Everything. The team board, live sessions with steering and forking, per-project knowledge and searchable history, TH Git and the Pipeline, deploys on th.works, and all apps - iOS, Android, macOS, Windows, Linux - with push notifications. There are no per-feature add-ons.
What exactly is a concurrent agent slot?
The number of agent sessions that can run at the same time in your TaskHound Container - the real resource your Container tier sizes. Linking agent providers is free and unlimited; an idle login never counts. Need one more? Extra slots are $4.95/mo each on any tier.
What happens if I downgrade or cancel?
Upgrades apply immediately (your Container live-resizes); downgrades take effect at the end of the billing cycle. If you cancel, everything keeps running until the paid period ends, and your data - repos, knowledge, transcripts - remains exportable for 30 days afterwards.
